Store Policies

No personal checks. Returns on incorrectly shipped, incorrectly ordered or damaged items are allowed, but must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. Replacement or store credit will be available. No refunds on these items. Refunds will be given on items that are discontinued by the manufacturer, or when back-orders exceed 90 days. NO Exceptions to these two rules. Absolutely no refunds on Tolex, grill cloth or piping as these items have to be cut from bulk stock.
